Site survey and scope
We walk the property with you, document substrates and conditions, and produce a line-item scope so there are no change-order surprises.
Schedule and phasing
Work is sequenced by zone and by hour — nights, weekends or floor-by-floor — so operations continue.
Safety and compliance
COI issued to the property, crews badged as required, lifts and ladders operated by trained personnel, walkways signed and protected.
Surface prep
Wash, sand, degrease, patch and prime appropriate to each substrate — drywall, block, metal, stucco or previously coated surfaces.
Application
Spray, roll or brush depending on occupancy and overspray risk, with low-odor products in occupied interiors.
Daily reset
Every zone is returned to a clean, usable condition before your doors open.
Close-out
Punch walk with your manager, documented color and product schedule for maintenance, and touch-up kits left on site.

Regularly. We can price per unit or per building and hold a consistent color standard across the property.
